4. Preliminary Project Design - Estimate energy production & make initial technology selections & budgetary pricing.
5. Financial Modeling - Asses the feasibility of project
6. Negotiate & Sign the Terms of Power Purchase Agreement & Building / Land Lease Agreement
7. Negotiate & Sign the Engineering Procurement & Construction Agreement with the Integrator
