	Alexander v. Welczeck - President & Chief Executive Officer: is a 20+ year experienced executive manager with proven success in identifying, building and managing technology-based businesses with investment-grade products in the commercial building industry in both domestic and international markets for Fortune 100 companies Thyssen-Krupp and Dover and private businesses Dorma and Friendlyway. 	Hans H. Been – Vice President of Finance: since the early 1980's Hans has successfully structured over a hundred infrastructure and energy project financings valued at over $5 billion.  In executive positions, Hans has managed exceptional growth and profitability at the Bechtel Group, Montgomery Watson Inc. and the Bank of Montreal.  Hans has a proven track record of successfully introducing to the American banking community new structured financing solutions for renewable energy projects by implementing creative and innovative financial and risk management principles. Hans has earned several distinguished awards including the 2001 Euromoney "Deal of the Year" for infrastructure financing and the Pathfinder Award for being a key contributor to the Independent Power Industry in the USA. Hans is a business graduate of the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and California State Northridge University. 	Hugh Kuhn - VP of Operations & Technology:has 25+ years of sales, business development, and engineering experience. Hugh holds a B.S. degree from Stanford University in Environmental Earth Sciences and an M.S. degree from Colorado State University in Mechanical Engineering where his studies focused on Alternative Energy.   He started his career in the 1980's with Pacfic Gas & Electric Company developing energy conservation, load shifting and cogeneration strategies for commercial and industrial customers.  Hugh then pursued a full career with Hewlett-Packard, where he held positions in Strategic Account Sales, Venture Industry Partnering and Global Alliances.   He returned to his roots with Solar Power Partners, where he is currently responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, construction and operations of SPP's solar energy facilities, as well as working closely with SPP's Integration Partners and technology suppliers to insure adherence to SPP's high quality standards.  Hugh lives in Mill Valley CA with his wife and two daughters. hkuhn@solarpowerpartners.com
	Bryan Banke - Director of Asset Management Services: Stemming from the Engineering Economics department of Southwest Gas Corporation in 1980’s, Bryan has since directed his creative analytical talents towards other energy-intensive industries: metals refining, commercial lighting and, most recently, renewable energy. 	Channing Chen - Director of Project Finance & Corporate Development: brings over 10 years of early stage startup and financing experience to SPP. 	Joe Harn - In House Counsel: is a graduate from the University of San Francisco School of Law bearing a certificate in Intellectual Property. A member of the California State bar, he recently came from Runco International, Inc, an industry leader in custom home theatre systems.
