Overview

The Roche Palo Alto campus is the site of
a 967.68 kW system developed by SPP using a
solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The fixed
rooftop system, totaling 967.68 kW DC in size,
is owned, operated, and maintained by SPP.
SPP sells energy to Roche at a predictable
rate set for the life of the term.

Results

SPP partnered with Cupertino Electric to produce
the system, which produces an estimated annual
output of 1,316,000 kWh, which is equivalent
to 936 metric tons of carbon dioxide offset,
or 106,243 gallons of consumed gasoline.
