Overview

Solar Power Partners (SPP) used a solar Power
Purchase Agreement (PPA) to develop a 94.71
kW size solar energy facility for the Clovis,
CA Seventh Day Adventist campus. The solar
PPA was an ideal solution for the religious
organization because it allowed no upfront
cost to the church and provided a viable, affordable
system that takes advantage of federal tax
incentives.

SPP owns, operates, and maintains the solar
system at, which has an estimated annual output
of 139,777 kWh. That is equivalent to 99.5
metric tons of carbon dioxide, or emissions
from 11,294 gallons of gasoline consumed.
