Operations and Maintenance
System delivery
Only after our rigorous testing has completed do we take delivery
of the solar energy facility (SEF) and it is considered commercially
operative.
Dedicated, round-the-clock monitoring
We maintain a dedicated Asset Management team that
ensures the SEFs operate at their optimal levels, with required
scheduled maintenance servicing that sets us apart in the industry.
We conduct real-time, web-based monitoring and ensure that the SEF meet
or exceed its expected electricity production estimates. By
ensuring all SEF components function as expected, we continually
optimize the efficiency of the system.
Scope of management
The scope of our scheduled maintenance services, which are focused
on ensuring the SEF operates at optimal levels over a long lifespan,
ranges from cleaning inverter filters to inspecting monitoring
and mechanical components throughout the array.
To date, all of our solar energy facilities perform at or above expectation under the direction of our dedicated Asset Management team.
Core values
SPP’s asset management services encompass a set of core values that illustrate our commitment to the long term success of solar energy.
